You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 has to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure. The final cleaning fee and city tax will be subtracted from this deposit. After booking, you will receive an e-mail from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that the maximum number of people permitted to stay in this property is 8. In addition, 1 child less than 2 years old may stay. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
