Key collection
Keys must be collected from the reception between 5 pm- 7:30 pm. Please note reception is open Sunday to Friday: from 8 am - 11 am and 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm, Saturdays: 8 am - 8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Towels and linen

Security deposit
