Please note that a damage deposit from EUR 400 to EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Key collection for stays of 1 to 6 nights:- Arrival at 17:00- Departure at 10:00. Reception opening hours: Friday and Sunday from 8:00 to 20:00. Saturday from 7:00 to 22:00. Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. Please note that these reception hours can be subject to change. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing-up liquid. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. Housekeeping at the end of your stay is also included. Please note that guests are required to clean the kitchen. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that upon reservation, private parking is available at the entrance to the ski station.
