Important information
Key collection
Check in is between 5 pm - 8 pm. Reception opening hours are: Sunday to Friday: 9 am -12 pm and 4 pm -7 pm, Saturday from 8 am -9 pm. If you are arriving later than 8pm, please get in touch with the property who may ask you to complete an online form and pay the deposit before giving you instructions on how to enter the property.
Towels and linen
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be added for an additional charge.
Security deposit
A damage deposit from EUR600 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
Check-out details
Check out is between 09:00 and 10:00. Please inform reception if you would like to leave earlier.
Other information
Wi-Fi and end of stay cleaning are not included but can be paid for upon arrival. A kitchen maintenance kit is provided. Ski lockers are available on site.
