Keys must be collected from reception between 5 pm - 8 pm. Reception opening hours are: Everyday (except Saturday): 8 am - 12 pm and 4:30 pm - 7 pm, Saturday: 7 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
