The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. Out of French school term times, it is closed on Tuesday afternoons and all day on Wednesday. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of €450 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Bed linen and TV are included in the room rate. Guests have access to free WiFi in communal areas and 1 free WiFi connection from the apartment is included. You can upgrade to a WiFi family pack for €30. Additional charges apply for towels, laundry, end-of-stay cleaning, and daily housekeeping. Daily housekeeping costs range between €100 to €150, depending on the room type and length of stay. Please confirm upon arrival. Bathroom linen is not provided but can be rented for €10 per person per change. Guests are welcome to bring their pets, with an additional charge of €60 for stays up to one week and €100 for stays of two weeks or more. This property has parking available and it costs €50 per week to be paid on site. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that the city tax must be paid on-site. Preferential rates on ski passes and ski equipment are possible upon prior request, at least 5 days before the check-in date.
