Keys can be collected from reception between 5 pm - 7 pm. The reception is open every day from 9 am - 12 pm to and 5 pm - 7 pm. The reception is open every day from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 5 PM to 7 PM, except on Sunday afternoon and all day Wednesday. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linens are provided. Bathroom linen is available at 10€ per person
A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
For guests wishing to access Wi-Fi from their apartment, an additional EUR 16 per week charge applies. Laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping can be requested at an extra cost. Use of the gym, spa facilities and pool are free of charge.
