Important information
Key collection

Keys can be collected after 5 pm from reception. The reception is open every day from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 5 PM to 7 PM, except on Sunday afternoon and all day Wednesday. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Towels and linen

Bed linens are provided.

Security deposit

A security deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. It must be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX). The refund should be made within 7 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, provided no damage has been noted by the property.

Check-out details

Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.

Other information

Use of the sauna, gym, pool and ski lockers are included. Breakfast can be added for an additional charge upon arrival. Wi-Fi and final cleaning are not included but can be paid for upon arrival.

Important information:
Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Tuesday afternoons and all day Wednesday, outside of French holidays. Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of €350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Bed linen, TV, and parking are included in the room rate. Guests have access to free WiFi in communal areas. Additional charges apply for towels, laundry, end-of-stay cleaning, and daily housekeeping. Bathroom linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €10 per person. A change of bed linen is available at a rate of €10 per person per change. For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, the charge is €20 per week for one device or €30 for a family pack. Daily housekeeping costs range between €65 and €150, depending on the room type and length of stay. Please confirm upon arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their pets, with an additional charge of €60 for stays up to one week and €100 for stays of two weeks or more. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that the city tax must be paid on-site.
