Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception between 17:00 - 20:00. Please note reception hours are: Sunday-Friday from 9:00 -12:00 and 16:00 - 19:00. Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 20:00. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider.

Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. This amount will be reimbursed up to 8 days after your departure.
City tax is payable at the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room price. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.
