Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception after 5pm. Reception opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 am - 11 am and 5 pm - 7 pm, Wednesday: 8 am - 11 am, Saturday: 8 am - 11 am and 2 pm - 7 pm, Sunday: 8 am - 11 am. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Beds are not made before arrival.
Towels are not provided and can be rented on site for an extra fee of EUR 8 per person.
TV is not provided and can be rented on site for a EUR 8 extra fee per day or EUR 40 extra fee per week.
Guest can have access to the hammam for a EUR 6 extra fee per person for 20 minutes.
