Key collection
Keys must collected from reception between 5 pm - 8 pm. Reception opening hours are: Sunday to Friday: 9 am - 12 pm and 4:30 pm - 8 pm, Saturday: 3 pm - 8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Important information:
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost.
The end-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the price.
Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
