Important information
Key collection
Keys must be collected from the reception after 5 pm. Reception is open everyday from: 9 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Towels and linen
Bed and bathroom linen is included.
Security deposit
A damage deposit of EUR200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Other information
Tourist tax (EUR1.76 per person per day) is payable on site. End of stay cleaning service (excluding kitchenette and dishes) available for an additional charge.

Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
Reception opening hours during summer:
- Everyday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
- On 1, 8, 16 and 23 July and all of August: 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00
Reception opening hours during winter:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 to 14:00 to 20:00
For stays of 1 week, keys will be handed over at 17:00 on your day of arrival. They must be returned at 10:00 on your day of departure.
Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please contact the residence for information on how to get the keys.
