Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception from 5pm. Reception opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays: 8 am - 12 pm and 3 pm - 8 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm and 3 pm - 8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
