Important information
Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception between 5 pm - 8 pm. Reception is open 24/7. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Towels and linen
Bed linens and towels are included.
Security deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out details
Keys will need to be returned to reception before 10:00.
Other information
End of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area) is included in the price, although all apartments must be left in a reasonably tidy state.
