Keys must be collected from recepntion after 5 pm. Reception opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 9 am - 11 am and 5 pm - 7 pm, Saturday : 8 am - 11 am and 3.30 pm - 8 pm, Sunday : 9 am - 11am, closed in the afternoon, Wednesday : Closed. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linen is provided.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys
End of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area) is included in the price, although all apartments must be left in a reasonably tidy state. Wi-Fi and access to the pool and ski lockers is free of charge.
