When arriving in Livigno you will need to visit the Astra Hotel reception within the times listed below to collect your keys before making your way to your apartment.

Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
This property requires a damage deposit of EUR100 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.
If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel.
The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.

If you are due to leave the resort before the office opens, you will be able to leave the keys in a safe-deposit box outside the office.
This property offers apartments in different locations around Livigno. Your apartment will be allocated by the property post-booking. The maximum distance you may be away from the ski lifts is 1 km (13-minute walk), and the maximum distance from the centre of town is 2 km (25-minute walk). Some apartments are much closer to the slopes and town centre (minimum 300m from the ski lifts and 1km from the town centre). If you have a preference on where you would like to stay, please let us know, and we can request this from the property. These requests cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
