Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception between 4 pm - 9 pm. Reception is open 24/7. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that access to the wellness center costs EUR 21 per person per 2 hours in the morning or EUR 29 per person per 2 hours in the afternoon.

The spa centre admits children over 4 years old each morning and on Wednesday afternoon only. There is an extra charge per child that must be paid on site.
