Keys must be collected from reception between 5 pm - 8 pm. Reception opening hours are: Sunday to Friday: 8 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 8 pm, Saturday: 7:30 am - 11 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linens and towels are provided.

Check out is between 07:30 and 10:00. If you would like to check out early please inform reception.
Wi-Fi and a cleaning kit are included, as well as end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and taking out the bins). Ski lockers are available free of charge. Luggage storage is only available on Saturdays. Access to the spa facilities is included.
