Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception after 5 pm. Reception opening hours are: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 11 am and 4 pm - 7 pm, Friday: 8 am - 11 pm - 12 pm, Saturday: 8 am - midnight, Sunday: 8 am - 11 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
