A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that a damages deposit from EUR 400 to EUR 800 will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please find the exact amount in the accommodation's description. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the handover of the keys is expected : - Arrival at 14:00 - Departure at 12:00. For stays of 7 nights or more, the handover of the keys is expected : - Arrival at 17:00 - Departure at 10:00. Reception opening hours : Winter season Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Friday 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 pm to 20:00 Saturday 08:00 to 10:00 Sunday 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Summer season Sunday to Friday 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday 08:00 to 21:00. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case. Please note that end of stay cleaning is included in the price, but guests must clean their kitchen. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
