Key collection
Keys must be collected from the reception from 5 pm. Please note reception open: Monday to Friday, 9 am -12 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm. Saturday and Sunday: 8 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 9 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
The reception is open from:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00 to 12.00 and from 17.00 to 19.00
- Saturday to Sunday: 8.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 21.00.
Please note that the swimming pool is only open in July and August.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time-frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge a cancellation fee.
