Important information
Key collection
Keys must be collected from the reception from 5 pm - 7 pm. Please note reception is open: Sunday to Friday: 9am - 12pm and 5pm - 7pm, Saturday: 8 am - 12pm and 2pm - 8pm, Closed on Wednesdays. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Towels and linen
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Check-out details
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:30 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
Other information
Wi-Fi and final cleaning are not included. There is a ski locker on site which is free to use.

Important information:
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay.
Reception opening hours:
Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.
Closed on Wednesdays.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For 1-week stays, keys are to be collected at 17:00. Upon departure keys are to be returned at 10:00.
The price includes bed linen, TV, and all taxes and charges (except the local tax).
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair. Subject to availability.
