Keys must be collected from the reception after 5 pm. Reception opening hours are: Everyday: 9 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
