A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Tourist tax is charged at 3,40 € per person per day, this is free for under 18s and payable on site. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. Price includes: Bed linen, towels, household linen, a cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), Hammam and/or Sauna. Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available free of charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair but doesn't include the bed mattress. Subject to availability and prior reservation. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of EUR 15 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per room applies.
