Key collection

You must collect your keys from reception between 5 pm - 8 pm. Reception opening hours are: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 am - 11:30 am and 4:30 - 8 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday: 8:00 to 11:30 and 16:30 to 20:00 Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that WiFi access is only available at the reception. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.
