Keys must be collected from reception between 5 pm - 8 pm. Reception opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 am - 10pm, Friday: 8 am - 11 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 12 am and Sunday: 8 am - 11 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

Check out is from 7:30 until 10:00. Please let reception know if you plan to check out earlier.

Access to luggage storage is only available on Saturdays. Access to the spa is included in the price. Please note the spa is closed on Saturdays.
