Keys must be collected from reception between 5 pm - 7 pm. Reception opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday: 8 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 7pm, Friday: 8 am - 12 and 3 pm - 8 pm, Saturday: 7:30 am - 8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
