Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. Reception is closed on Tuesday afternoons and all day on Wednesday outside of school holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of €350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Breakfast is available for an additional fee of EUR 10 per person and must be requested upon arrival. An additional cost is required for the following services: bed and bathroom linen, TV, laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on site for EUR 12 per person per set. Towels are not included and can be rented on site for EUR 10 per person per set. TV is not included in the room rate but can be rented for EUR 42 per week. Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas. For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, the charge is €20 per week for one device or €30 for a family pack. Daily housekeeping costs range between €65 and €150, depending on the room type and length of stay. Please confirm upon arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their pets, with an additional charge of €60 for stays up to one week and €100 for stays of two weeks or more. Parking is available free of charge. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that the city tax must be paid on-site.
