Keys can be collected from 5 pm - 7 pm from reception. The reception is open from 9 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm, , except all day on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoons outside of French school holidays. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Bed linen is included.
A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Keys need to be returned to reception between 09:00 until 10:00 on day of departure. If reception is closed when you expect to be leaving please inform reception so they can instruct you on to where to leave the keys.
For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, an additional EUR 16 per week charge applies. Laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping can be requested at an extra cost. Use of the swimming pool, sauna and gym is free of charge.
