Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception between 5 pm - 7 pm. Reception's opening hours are: Monday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday: Closed, Saturday: 3 pm - 7:30 pm. Sunday 8 am - 12:00 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
Security deposit
A security deposit of EUR 1500 is required on arrival. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, provided no damage has been noted by the property.
