Key collection

Keys must be collected from reception between 5 pm - 8 pm. Please note, reception is open Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 11:00 and 17:00 - 19:00, Saturday: 15:00 - 20:00, Sunday: 9:00 - 11:00. If you are arriving after this time, please inform the property in advance. They may ask you to complete an online check-in form and pay the deposit in advance before instructing you on how to access the property.

Towels and linen

Bed Linen is included. Towels can be rented for EUR10 per change.

Security deposit

A deposit of EUR 300 is paid on arrival. The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure.

Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscine #1 is closed from Sat 31 Aug 2019 until Sat 04 Jul 2020 City tax is payable at the residence. End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving. Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
