Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception between 5:30 pm - 7 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
End-of-stay cleaning fees are included but guests are requested to clean the kitchen and the dishes before leaving.
Children aged between 3 and 17 years old have free access to a kids' club during the school holidays.
Guests travelling with children are kindly asked to indicate their child's age in the special request box when booking.
The city tax does not apply to guests under 18 years old.
