Key collection
Keys must be collected from the reception after 5 pm. Reception opening hours are: Everyday from 8 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Beds are made prior to arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included, however guests are required to clean the dishes and take out the bins before departure.
A kids' club is included in the price and is available during the school holidays for children aged 3 month to 17 years old, and outside of school holidays for children aged 3 months to 6 years old. Guests travelling with children are kindly asked to indicate the children's ages in the special request box when booking.
