Key collection
Keys must be collected from reception. Long stay (7 nights or more): Check in is from 5 pm. Short stays (2-6 days): check-in is from 4 pm. Reception opening hours are: Sunday-Friday: 8 am -11 am and 4 pm - 7 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm and 2 pm-8 pm. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
