Key collection
Please note that the keys must be collected from the reception of Les Chalets des Arolles, located near the residence. Keys can be collected from 17:00. Reception hours are: Monday, Friday: 9:30 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 19:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 16:00 - 19:00, Saturday: 8:30 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 19:00, Sunday: 8:30 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 19:00. Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. Instructions on how to collect your keys will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the first set of towels and bed linen is free of charge, any change has to be requested and comes with an extra cost of 20 EUR per person per kit.
