Starting from the villages or lift stations, the paths are well-marked, the views are never-ending, and the options are limitless.
- Mostnica Gorge - A magical woodland walk with turquoise pools and natural rock arches. Ideal for families and nature-lovers.
- Savica Waterfall - A short, punchy hike to Slovenia’s most famous cascade. Great for a scenic hit (and that cool mountain mist).
- Vogar Viewpoint - A moderate climb rewarded with a wow-worthy panorama over the lake. It’s a must for sunset-chasers and Instagrammers.

- Bohinj to Bohinjska Bistrica - A gentle ride through fields and farmland, perfect for easy riders and picnic-packers.
- Soriška Planina - For the eager and Lycra-clad, this is a proper ascent with hairpin bends, lung-busting sections, and fully-justified alpine bragging rights.
